Love is our leading energy!

The Daughters of The Sacred Heart dedicate their whole life to love God and fellow people wherever and whoever they are! Love calls them to love the Africans, Americans, Asians, Australians, Europeans, Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Buddists, Confusians, or any other nationality and denomination. We  make no distinction as long as we give our loving care, we are fulfilling our  one mission to love!

Love is our identity!

The Daughter of The Sacred Heart has experienced the Love of the heart of Jesus to such a deep and effective extent that she then opens wide her heart to let God’s love in her overflow abundantly on others.

Identity lived!

The Daughter of the Sacred Heart has the imprint of the heart of Jesus, the heart that so loved people that he gave His life for all! Love flowing in a particular way, towards the needy, the materially, physically, psychologically or spiritually needy!  We express this sensitivity in our mission of love in the field of:

education of both young and adults
                                   cathecism classes
                                   medical service in clinics
in the centres caring for children in dire need of love, the

homeless, abused children, lonesome children of AIDS victims
                                   and also in helpage programmes.

All this charity, agape, bears a particular shade in the Daughters of the Sacred Heart. Their charity is always conveyed in a humble and simple manner. It is the characteristic of a Daughter of the Sacred Heart to go to limitless self giving without making the receiver feel on the receiving end. Furthermore the Daughters of the Sacred Heart feels grateful to have the opportunity to love. She feels enriched by the very act of loving others.

She becomes childlike with children in schools, homes and centres, yet she is also for them the inspiring model, tender and gentle with the persons with physical suffering in clinics, caring with the lonesome elderly.

There is no greater love than one who gives his life for his friends (Jn 15:13) Like the heart of Jesus who regarded each person as his friend, even his persecutors, the Daughters of the Sacred Heart give themselves to each person who is in need of love.
