DSH Formation programme in a nut shell
Our formation programme is divided into five stages Aspirancy, Postulancy, Novitiate, Juniorate and continues formation and each stage we focus on our growth in relationship with self others and God. This is carried out through the formation programme laid down by the congregation.

Stage one. Aspirancy: -
During this period the Aspirant is helped to grow in communion with self, others, nature and God through the self formation programme laid down by the Congregation through the mediation of the formator by introducing her to DSH way of life in one of our communities.

Stage two. Postulancy: -
During this stage the candidate is helped to grow deeper in her human and Christian maturity, discern her call within the Charism of our Congregation.

Stage three. Novitiate: -
During this stage, the candidate is accompanied to listen to the call of her master Jesus through deep reflection and intimacy with the Lord.

Stage four. Juniorate: -
During this stage the junior is helped to arrive at a balance between prayer, community life and ministry and to deepen her sense of belonging in the congregation.
Page 6
Stage five. Ongoing formation:-
During this period, which is life-long, the focus is to live her consecration radically and be like Christ dedicated in her ministry in freedom and fidelity as she grows in the DSH Charism and spirit.
